Apply by the mail service system

• Applicants wishing to apply visa by mail/post can send to the Embassy with Letter Pack 510 envelope of JP Post (More Information on Letter Pack 510 envelope of JP Post-https://www.post.japanpost.jp/service/letterpack/index_en.html

• One Letter Pack 510 envelope of JP Post must send together with your applications to return your passport.
• "Application Form" should completely to be filled out all the information given in the visa form, and attached all the necessary documents.
• Embassy will not bare the responsibility for the delaying of visa caused by the incomplete application and unattached necessary documents.
• Visa processing time is depended on the completion of application form and well attached of all the necessary documents.
• Send Service Fees Yen 1,000/- (per person) separately by Currency Registration Envelope.
